Would like your opinions on this Morgan. It has nice cartwheels in hand.

the only toning I like on morgans and Peace dollars is the golden toning.

always remove the coin from the holder when possible for proper assessment.

carbon spot by the cottonballs, minor ticks across the cheek area. I like the toning. i'd say the strike is typical for the year. its tough to find fully struck 88(P) coins. you can see the weaker strike around the ear and top of the cap. feathers are not fully defined. the reverse toning is quite nice and evenly dispersed giving it some nice appeal. looks like some broken surface luster on both sides.

i'll go with MS64 on this one. its a keeper

I lean toward MS-64 as wellm, but more light on the surfaces would help.

The surfaces appear to be nice but the cheek / neck looks to have some wear. I'm at ms63+
