Need to see the full coin obverse straight on. There are other markers for the 8/7 variety. A rim break on the obverse at K-9:00 spreading to the E of "United", a weak feather tip on the 8th feather and the 8's of the date centered between denticles. Even with these markers present, I still believe that PCGS will not certify it without the clear traces of the 7 showing which is difficult if not impossible on low grade specimens.
