When I noodle coins I grab a heap of them and pinch them between my fingers to first look at the edges, for tilted collars etc.
This coin stood out.

5-Cent-Coin-That-Is-Different.
I then had to weigh it to see if it was the same as others.

Cannot see any sign of normal reeding on the coin.
The lip thickness of the rim edge is also the same size as normal.
