if you cant get better photos then I call what I see

weak strike reverse. looks like a scratch on the steps and some hits on the E on CENT. maybe a scuff to the left of UNUM

obv weak strike. cant tell if the luster is broke or not due to focus and lighting

best guess MS62 maybe 63

Clearer pictures are needed to give it a fair grade. Also, it looks like there is something wavy going on with the reverse - top of the memorial. Is that the coin or just the photo?
