This 2015 P dime looks as if it was stuck when it was being struck the weight is on point so it is not shaved, edge of dime shows no roll any

No reason to grade it because it is PMD not an error. It did not leave the mint like that.

reason I ask is the dime would be lighter if metal was removed, it weighs the same /

No metal was removed, it was displaced somehow/someway. It's unlikely you'll ever know the true cause of the damage.
