I have a few dozen that need to go and not sure on this one. I've been collecting for a little over 20 and haven't tried it yet so its new to me. Its a newer one so I dont know if it warrants it. Has a nice light gold toning covering both sides. Under ten times I see a small nick or two on each side but none with the naked eye. Thanks in advance!

The fact that you're on the fence considering this for grading is concerning for the other couple dozen.
I wouldn't waste the money unless you ask the community first if any of the coins were worth it.

Newbieee, compare your coins to a photograde. Be conservative. Then look up sold listings on ebay. This will give you an idea of the value of your coins, and will give you the data you need to decide about sending them off for grading.

You can see an arrow going through igwt in this photo as well as the birds placement on the old coin. Also you can lightly see the birds claws above and beside "In"

This thread does not make sense?
What are you trying to show us with all those photos?
The original 1943-D Walker is a circulated coin worth bullion melt. Grading will cost you minimum $30. You do the math to see if you should pay to have it certified.

i agree with nickelsearcher. not sure why you are showing all these photos that dont seem to have any relevance here.
the original photos makes it looks like the coin has been dipped and quite a bit of the original skin appears to have been removed. omething just doesn't look right with it. maybe the lighting or holder is altering what we are seeing. the last obv photo leans me more towards a cleaned coin
its a common coin that I think would grade maybe AU. it may not grade straight and is definitely not worth slabbing.
there are really only two viable reasons to grade a coin
1. its a rare coin and should be graded and preserved 2. the coin has a value of at least $150 and you are considering selling it

Are you suggesting that your Walking Liberty was struck over a bust half? That would be a hard no. That would be an event that would defy common sense.
