IMO, I would not regard this item as a coin, but 'Numismatic Ephemera', despite Lizzie's image and a statement of value. Does it have any numismatic value? - that is up to if the owner is able to sell it. The Mint's stated maximum mintage for the coin was 15,000. The coin's actual mintage was 10,578 per the Mint's Annual Report. Still quite a few, but ~70% of the published maximum of 15,000.
