I would need higher-quality images to give a rough estimate. Preferably if I had the coin in person with a microscope

Better photos would help, but I'm pretty sure it's not worth grading. The cost would greatly exceed the value.

whatever value it had has been taken down a notch by fingerprints, avoid touching a coin's obverse and reverse
