Rainman1 Valued Member United States 54 Posts	Posted 06/29/2023 2:24 pm I have a 2006 p North Dakota quarter that shows the same characteristics as yours. At first I thought strike thru but I think I've spotted a small lamination. Ive struggled to get my lighting right to show the surface condition. I'll do my best to get that post up today. It makes it easier to get to responding to your cin faster and easier sometimes. But, I agree that this is a struck through a 'something'. Collecting since 1972. Didnt know it was a crime to repost a coin.SORRY. I do know there are a lot of the same folks that does almost ALLLLLL the replying and that some just like to quickly respond with what seems like disdain in their comment.
