Aloha everyone! I'm fairly new to coin collecting and I've been coin searching for a couple of years off and on. With that said I want to ask for anybody's help to identify if this coin is really a double die. I took a bunch of pictures and ill try to upload them. I also want to see if the ear is considered a doubling too. Thank you in advance for all your opinions and for taking the time to help me identify this coin.

I do not see it as a doubled die. Here are three sites we all use foe IDing doubled dies.

Not seeing any doubling. My standard answer is, if you think you have a DDO and a DDR, you probably have neither. That is a rare combination. It happens but not very often. It's usually machine or lighting doubling, DDD, or something else. This site has a lot of information, you came to the right place.

to the forum!

I see plating issues, Die Deterioration, circulation flattening and maybe Machine Doubling, but no doubled die, sorry.
