I have a Susan B Anthony dollar has a second outline I don't really collect them so I don't have many to compare. Also the coin doesn't look equally coated with whatever is on these. As I said unfamiliar with the series I got it with a few others, definitely looks interesting aren't sf mint coins supposed to be mostly problem free, doesn't look fully struck in trust the s and t are faint which I wouldn't question but the coin looks free of any noticeable handling. Thanks for any feedback it's much appreciated.

I am not sure what's going on, on the obverse, maybe die polishing? On the reverse, there's die flow lines, which indicates a worn die issue. The reverse shows Die Deterioration.
