Good evening.. I need help verifying my attribution for this 1974 D one cent. I could only find one on the Wexler site that also referred to Coneca 1-0-VI. The spread on the front of the jacket is really visible as is the crack behind Lincoln's ear running through his hair to rim. I tried to keep the photos to a minimum. Thanks

Not seeing the extra thickness on your coin. I don't think it's a DDO.

I'm sorry, but to me those look nothing alike. The left E (Wexler) has splits on the bottom and the hooked tip.

Also, no die gouge above the E in America on the reverse.

If your TRUST looks like the WDDO, that's where you should focus, because the doubling is super clear.

I'm currently going through a bag of 74s. WDDO-01 is a small date. This is a large date. As John1 said most of the LDs have extra thickness.

Thanks for all the comments. The photos attached show what I was looking at. I was "intrigued" by the doubling on jacket, the doubling at bottom of bust on Ridge Ring, the doubling on WE and on GOD. I haven't had a chance to research the "whys and wherefors", but I will as soon as possible. I wish all a great Fourth of July.
