Good day guys.
This coin was never given proper examination. Two years ago, it was posted but the pictures were not clear. Today I repost for your opinion.
Is this error rear?
Do you notice that the Queen has on a big necklace due to the error?
Can this be valuable?

With that thick necklace. MD does not give thickness.

That is a combination of Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling hence that truncation looks like a necklace like a brick being pushed sideways through cement. British Modern coins are for the most part extremely poor on the strikes

I agree with Zookeeperz. British coins ain't what they used to be. I've seen lots of these and wondered what it was.

Hi everybody,
Since this thread started about an error on a 2014 10p, I thought that I would chip in with my bit.
I do quite a lot of "Noodling" and sometime find an error. Here are the " Cuds" that I have dated 2014.

I hope that this gives you something else to look out for. It looks like 2014 was a bad year for reverse dies.
Keep on searching & good luck, Merv
