Wondering If This Is An Error On This Washington Dollar Bill

The date is partially covered so you can't read the exact year. I think the smudges may have occurred when they stamped the signature onto the bill. Report this Post to the Staff

In this case I'm going to be in the Hondo agreement camp that this happened in circulation.
