Second pic suggests some light ticks - I'll say MS-65+RD.

Assuming the marks in the second picture are on the coin holder, I could see that one going MS67-68, absolute beauty for 2007!

Yes, those are radial flow lines. A common occurrence with Zincolns due to extreme die wear.

the reverse photo looks like quite a bit of spotting under the memorial. also a couple small rim marks on both sides. the angle of the second obv photo appears to show a few surface marks. if they are all on the holder MS66RD if on the coin MS66+RD. the 67's I looked at just have cleaner surfaces and less spotting.

IMO the flow lines are just too much to overcome for a 67 and a few hits to the steps hurt a bit. The water spots are minimal but they are there.

I like this as a very solid 66 myself.
