Hi!
Could someone please help me identify this coin. I think one of the guys is the first caesar Augustus, but who is the other guy? And what is the thing inside the green circle?

I will be happy if someone could show me another picture about this kind of coin, so I could see how it looked when it wasn't so decayed.

I've found it. This is a provincial coin from Ilium, the city built on the site of the semi-mythical Troy. The obverse (the side without the small statue) depicts emperor Claudius, with the titles KLAUDIOS KAISAR (in Greek letters), and the reverse does indeed show the deified Augustus, with the legend AUTOKRATOR ThEOU (Emperor and God). The small object in front of Augustus' face is an image of the goddess Athena.

I found this example on CoinArchives, in slightly better shape. It's even listed and pictured in the Sear catalogue of Greek Imperial coins (number 488).
