In going through my photos, it appears that I did take a better image with proper lighting, orientation, and my typical 1.7x magnification setting. Still need to retrieve the coin, but it's a better picture at least. Apologies for any confusion, but it's an unsorted heap of like 50 different nickel pictures in my photo stream.
