Hello all, I'm curious and learning how and what to look for on paper currency. Wondering if this tiny spot is likely from mint ink. While tiny, it's placement seemed cool to me. Thanks for any help!

My guess is someone made a single period jot with a pen while signing their name at the bank.

First off, the Mint produces coins and medals. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) prints our paper money.

Second, it's extremely minor and figuring out how it got there is mute.

Thanks! Appreciate the input - my bad on minting vs printing. Brand new at this and this all helps.
