Hello everyone, I found this dollar bill in my change this morning. I would like help identifying whether the ink mess on this bill is from the printing process or may be a pen exploded in somebody's pocket? Any knowledge given would be greatly appreciate it. Thank you for looking. Enjoy the rest of your weekend..

I agree. Even if it was a BEP issue, the condition of the note would negate any premium.

The OP's note gives out bad vibes.

If a bottle of poison is expired, is it more or less poisonous ?

Those are definitely stains from a wet wallet. The water "wicked up" from the bottom of the bill.
I've had that happen way too many times.
