All "SPIKE HEADS" will have a die crack from the rim into any portion of the bust so looks to be a spike head also. Its not valuable enough for grading in many cases as they are common overall as coinfrog also mentioned, but these generally are sellable without grading if you arent finding these just for keeping in your personal collection as some like to do since they are cool finds.
