Uncirculated 1995 Lincoln Penny - Texture / Drip?

jpsi Valued Member United States 72 Posts	Posted 07/20/2023 9:54 pm Hello all, I came across this 1995 (Philadelphia) Lincoln Penny in a roll of uncirculated coins. The coin has what appears to be a textured, drippy surface. Is there a specific name for this feature? One photo shows the coin next to another coin from the same roll for surface comparison. Thanks!
