Rediscovered the place. For my part, I filled out the collection and gradually added changes, but most often the message "You exhausted your allowed storage (500 MB)".
I deleted several previously added photos, but the warning did not disappear. I also tried to compress the photo and I get an error again. How to fix it? is there any way to add photos?

@slerk, just to be sure that I understand your question. Are you seemingly running out of storage room here on CCF or over on Numista?

Ok I'm still not 100% sure if your problem is here or on that other website, but it seems like it might be numista that is giving you trouble.

There are several folks who frequent CCF who are also moderators on numista. Hopefully one of them can help you. In the meanwhile, I'm going to move this thread to the main subforum to help get more visibility. If it ends up that you are actually having trouble with CCF, then I will move the thread over to the support area.

I'll try to put it more clearly. My problem is related to the Numist website.
I ran out of space there to post my photos. Deleting some previously added photos for some reason did not free up space for new ones. Also, I can't add compressed photos there to save space.

IIRC you need to manually remove them from the list somewhere and also maybe ask an admin or something?

It came up on the Numista forum before and I'll try to look up the exact answer. TL/DR was that deleted photos still counted for the storage (in some contexts), but I forgot what was the correct way to get around that.

EDIT: I was probably thinking of this thread, where I participated, but this one has better explanations.
TL/DR is that to properly delete your photos you need to empty the trash bin.

Looks like emptying the trash bin has been suggested already.

I had the same problem due to the file size of my photos, so I scale them down, like is done for CCF uploads. Depends on the size of your collection, if you limit your upload file sizes to 300K max each, you still only get 1666 pics uploaded.

I upload the file for proof sets for each coin, as they do not have a set listing, and for a 5 coin proof set I have to upload 5 times - there is no choice to reselect the image uploaded only once. That's a killer.

I love Numista and eventually I may have to use the pay option.
