$1-Bill-Misaligned-Or-Cutting-Error?

Can someone let me know if this is a misaligned or cutting error? It seems to be misaligned differently on both sides. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Slightly misaligned. Such bills don't attract a premium unless they are so offset that portions of two bills are seen on the same note. And considering the condition of this one, it is unfortunately just a spender.

I consider it a terribly centered note because of the poor centering after being guillotined into individual notes. It's really close to being an error, but technically it's not because an adjoining note is not visible in any of the margins. Interesting note. Definitely a conversation starter.
