Looks to be a type b reverse. Can't tell for sure without clearer pics of the reverse, around the arrow points and A in Dollar.

In the Search box above search for Washington quarter type b reverse. Read all about the type b reverses. You can also Google it.

Value a little more than 25 in brilliant uncirculated condition.

@yoo, first welcome to CCF. Second, for a number of years, coins were issued without mintmarks when they were made at the Philadelphia Mint. Your quarter is normal and worth face value.

To CCF! Your quarter is heavily circulated and stained. Just worth face value.

In 1965, 66, and 67, there were no mint marks added to any coins - it was an attempt to stop hoarding of coins at the time.

Specifically, the coinage act of 1965 allowed the mint to change from 90% silver coins (dime --> half dollar) to clad coins, use any mint facility without mintmarks, and to keep minting 1964-dated silver coins until the Secretary (of the Treasury) determined there were sufficient clad coins in circulation for the needs of commerce.

The last 1964 silver quarter was minted in April 1966.

Yes Dear. The 1964, 1965 and 1966 was a mixt of striking's. Remember that the San Francisco reopen in August 1965 and they was focus only for 1964 coins. Denver took the big hit because in 1966 Philadelphia go in the transition for the new Location.

If I will have some free time I can take out all those Striking's by months and denomination. For this reason me I always state that 1964 was the turnout of the Minting. Was for the first and last time the congress approved to strike coins with other year in others years.
