Can anyone tell me if this quarter is worth anything. My Grandmother found it in a new roll from the bank in 2000.

Certainly looks interesting, but too blurry to see details. Try holding your phone at least 6" away from the coin, set a square photo, tap on the quarter to set autozoom focus, then manually zoom to approximately the coin. Otherwise your phone will usually to try to zoom on the whole frame, and never get the coin in proper focus.

Set the coin on a plastic 2 liter bottle cap to get a set focus on the coin only.

Has indications of being a low pressure strike which if so, would be worth a nice premium.

Did some internet sleuthing, found almost an exact match graded by NGC on ebay. Only other one I could find on the web. Are Adjustment Strike Errors rare?

MUCH better pictures this time. =) I agree with CoinHI. This looks very much like the State Quarter example of a low pressure strike in the ER.com article:

btw, I take all my coin pics with an iPad camera. It's not as good as a pro-grade camera or a pro-grade microscope, but it does okay.

To CCF! Looks like a Weak (Low Pressure) Strike. Nice find! https://www.error-ref.com/weak_stri...rampressure/ Also, for future references, please wear gloves when handling the face of the coin. Oil from our fingerprints can get on it and can stay there permanently, on the coin.

Are adjustment strike errors rare? Define rare. It's definitely a collected error coin subtype worth some money. This is a quick search for adjustment strike quarters on Heritage Auctions:

it appears to be a slightly damaged type 2 planchet. If it were a low pressure strike, I would expect to see some reeding to be struck on the edge..
