The 64 in the date looks enlarged to me. Can you post a close- up of those. Especially the 6

Sorry for the delay. I was out with a cold the last couple of days. Here are some updated pics.

And thanks for giving me input. I think it is MD on the mint mark. But there seems to be something going on on the obverse with the "6."

The 6 on the date is just showing damage from circulation. Circulation wear flattened it.
