This appears to be a die clash. Correct?

You got it. In the bay between columns 3 & 4, counting from the left, is Lincolns upper back of shoulder, neck line and back of head. Between columns 8, 9, and 10 is his beard and face line going up to his lips. Don't forget, Lincoln is upside down and facing right when the clash happens. If the obverse die hasn't been replaced or polished, you might see some remnants of the memorial building bays behind Lincolns neck and under the chin area.
