Ah, well so it is. my bad. (I even associated it to a proof DDO-027 on VV - silly me) and thanks for the new closer images - they helped a whole bunch. Yes this does appear to be a Accented hair. So even nicer find

Me I say this coin it is not Proof Coin. Do the 4 stars behind the head meet the criteria? Do the hairs are same with my example of two? Do the tong of the eagle is same as the proof? Do the rim it is proof or business strike as also the letters. Proof was strike twice. I let you guys to decide:

Tjames88: Me I give you the first points to look. I never look for how the coins was keep or conservation over the years because we find any kind.
If you who has the coin pass my first test go see the FG (G it is strait) and the look close to the rim between RT and LI and also LLA. The proof are very strait sharp.
I know, because I saw at the samples Phil Mint I will say collection, the first test of the Kennedy hubs (Business and proof) was strike one time on ordinary planchet.

Yes seem to be an proof Hub. For the FS-103 I do not go there because this one it is a nice DDO but very subtitle. They are specialists here on those DDO's or DDR's.

your coins - being made of silver, are subject to 'milking' when not protected properly. The case the coins are is an after market case, so carefully removing it won't hurt the value of the set.
