Congrats on the find.

The holder is referred to as a "Capital Plastics Holder" which is noted on the sticker.
Personally, I like these types of holders since collectors that used them tended to take better care or put better coins in the holders. Not always, but "serious" collectors seemed to take that extra step (more $) to protect their babies.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

The holder is actually why I purchased the sets, it looked out of place. I'll take them out but I don't think I trust myself attempting to clean anything yet, not experienced enough at all in that area. Whenever I send anything to PCGS they come back looking way different then when I sent them in. Are they dipping them in the restoration or cotton swabs? But I'll take them out so the pictures aren't distorted. I'll still use the holder the older ones look really nice

I ask on PCGS forum and no answer form PCGS. In general they Deep and others steps also must be perform. I do not think we will know exact what they use or the procedures, because this it is internal company rules. Some coins could come back supper or others no. In restoration of artifacts everything could happened.

The Capitol holders are very nice one. Me I liked.

It doesn't have the cameo appearance of the proofs I thought it was a business strike when I first looked at it. Also because someone put it together the quarter in the set also has doubling or MD but it stands out on the quarter as well.
