Top to bottom: silver Roosevelt dime, clad Roosevelt dime, the .500 silver 1968 Canadian 10 cents, the nickel metal 1968 Canadian 10 cents. According to the reference below, the 10c coin struck in Ottawa by RCM has V-shaped grooves. The 10c coins struck by the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia have a square edge like Roosevelt dimes.
So it appears this is the RCM/Ottawa version of the coin.
