Assuming the surfaces are original (can't really tell from these pics, but I suspect a cleaning) and the rim bash doesn't detail it, I see VF-30. Reasonably good strike, nice even wear.

VF25 details, rim damage, cleaned

The color is not natural if these photos are true to life.

Couple of hits on the point of the bust and the left of the E in CENT.

Still a decent-looking coin compared to many of the lower grade Large Cents that I see!

i think its closer to VF20 than a 25. details (cleaned) and the rim bump looks more current
