Just thought I would say that I realize one or 2 of these things may be incorrect. It was an email I received, I added pictures and have not studied up on these assassinations. Though I do realize that marilyn monroe was dead for a year already by the time kennedy died? Feel free to add corrections.

As a kid in the 70's I recall seeing the following coin with alot of those facts on it.

You-Might-Find-This-Interesting.....i-Sure-Did.

My collection I started as a kid never made it over to the UK, so I don't have it anymore.

I found a 1973 "Lincoln-Kennedy" Cent in circulation recently.

Too bad they didn't do a "Kennedy-Lincoln" Half-Dollar back then...

Your right there is a coin like that and it pops up all the time on forums. They were sold with those cards with all those facts on them at the time. I just saw one of those coins posted somewhere without the card. I still have that card but not the coin now. The card has 22 similarities between those two presidents.

"A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in Monroe , Maryland
A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with Marilyn Monroe."

This is usually a joke tagline added to the end of these coincidences, but the way I heard it was, "The year before Lincoln was shot..." with the rest of line two's wording the same as in line one.

No, it's not family friendly.

I saw that line too wpglwr. I just found it a little disrespectful. Not to mention my daughter has become quite taken with practicing her reading with forum posts so I figured my child is probably not the only one on here. :)

Still even with one or 2 differences I still found it really neat how much these were similar. As for cards and coins that had this written on it? I would LOVE to find something like that!
Anyone know where they might be sold?
