Hey guys just wanna know if this has any value
Top left L12 is a bit closer to the serial and the federal seal is kinda of lifted up.

Welcome to the forum.
It's extremely minor and fairly common. If my dad was still around, he'd call it a nothingburger.

For a misalignment to legitimately quality as an error, a portion of the overprint must rest atop a portion of another part of the design it was not intended to cover. So the downward movement of the serials doesn't cover/touch the L12 for example but it was close.

Good eyes for catching that however and so your very likely to spot the errors when you come across them, better than 95% of people. Steve added that its fairly minor and common and so probably not something worth keeping since its a $20 vs a $1 where the cost to hold onto it is low.

Thanks for posting up that comparison - it was something I could not do because
1. I don't have the bill you are wondering about,
and
2. I'm broke at the moment..

I will say that this is something I never noticed before, and might in the future. thanks.
