For a misalignment to legitimately quality as an error, a portion of the overprint must rest atop a portion of another part of the design it was not intended to cover. So the downward movement of the serials doesn't cover/touch the L12 for example but it was close.
Good eyes for catching that however and so your very likely to spot the errors when you come across them, better than 95% of people. Steve added that its fairly minor and common and so probably not something worth keeping since its a $20 vs a $1 where the cost to hold onto it is low.
