If I owned it I would say Uncirculated.
However because it is so nice could it be a restrike?

Interesting thought. I'm not sure if there were restrikes of these type of coins - very small.

Doubt there are restrikes. For the reason you say, too small. Small gold coins sometimes gets restrikes. Large silver also.

Thanks for both comments! I think my only concern is the slight green on the city, just below the wall. Not sure if it's PVC damage or verdigris?
