With the exception of low mintage Morgans, I would assume any PF Morgan would command a premium. Throw in some toning & would also assume additional premium. As Mr. Frog alluded to, examples please.

There's not usually much collector interest in black toning, which is often the last stage of toning before damage starts occurring to the coin's surfaces.

Without pictures, hard to say.

paralyse noted it. black is that step in toning and then the coin surfaces can begin to deteriorate. not something i'd be looking for let alone a premium.
