Hello all! Just wondering if this penny is worth anything. All the letters of In God we Trust And the L on liberty are touching the rim. ebay has many with mixed prices so I'm not sure I can trust that. Thanks!

It's a worn master hub issue. It's pretty common and carries no premium. Your coin is worth face value. http://goccf.com/t/354731

All of the 1968 Lincoln Memorial cents have the same problem. it was a Master Hub problem. The mint started fresh with a new Master Hub in 1969 so that the letters were moved away from the rim to their original design location.

The reason it has no value is the fact that ALL of the 1968 cents struck have the same defect. That's a total of 4,852,420,571 circulation strikes from the three different mints P, D and S.
