I found a 1965 that looks like it could be due to clipped planchet, but I figured I'd ask the experts

Is this just a heavily damaged dime. PMD. It's had a tough life.

to the CCF!

The overall condition of the coin make me think it all just PSD or Post Strike Damage. Clips are usually a curved or straight shape where material is missing before the strike. All of the rim of this coin just seems damaged. Parking Lot coin?
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Coins that look like that are almost always from being damaged from a parking lot.

to the CCF and The first thing to remember or learn is that when you have a cut, gouge, scratch, or damage into the surface of a coin with a corresponding piling up of metal, 99% of the time it's damage.
