panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18892 Posts	Posted 08/15/2023 08:25 am most of that chatter on the shoulder is die related and lapel. small field scuff obv K19. some field discoloration left of profile and right field. multiple small rim ticks. rev some light rim ticks as well as across STATES OF AMERICA and a little chatter under that. all of this will keep the coin from higher than 66. solid MS66 I did locate an ANACS graded one at MS67 that was actually not as nice as this one. I also found a PCGS 66+ not even close to this one. you know how that goes... Report this Post to the Staff
