Very strong luster with nice cartwheels. These are well known for carbon spots, not this one. :)

Nice example. I could see MS66. Right wheat upper portion seems to have light, parallel striations--issue with the coin, or the images?

I'd go MS-66. There's light marks on it, but otherwise a very nice looking coin.

most of that chatter on the shoulder is die related and lapel. small field scuff obv K19. some field discoloration left of profile and right field. multiple small rim ticks. rev some light rim ticks as well as across STATES OF AMERICA and a little chatter under that.

all of this will keep the coin from higher than 66. solid MS66

I did locate an ANACS graded one at MS67 that was actually not as nice as this one. I also found a PCGS 66+ not even close to this one. you know how that goes...

That is BIZZARE, it's purely some weird jpg compression anomaly. The wheat lines are perfect on the coin.
