I agree with the others, this coin is showing a collapsed zinc bubble, not an error.

There is a HUGE mint error that is made obvious with coins like this, but it's the fact that they changed over to copper plated zinc planchets in 1982 and began cranking out an inferior product. These 'Zlincoln' cents, as they are sometimes called, have lots of plating problems and aren't as durable as the 95% copper cents that preceded them.

The "error" was creating the horrible Zincolns in the first place.

to the CCF and I guess having Zincolns is a little better than not having a cent coin, but not much.
