Looks like this from the E on WE. See if The other areas look the same. If so you know what it is.

That's the thing. It would be none of the hubbed doubled examples that are listed. Being it is master die doubling and seen on all three mints coins, it is common. Maybe 25% of 1972 P-D-S coins were copied from this doubled master die. Just another coin in the batch for this year. The ones that are listed are hub doubled coins from a different master die. So common as sand on the shore.
