Is this thickness a DD, MD or Die Deterioration ? Always hard to tell.

You coin has an appearance of Machine Doubling on GOD. But as for extra thickness the best way to tell is to check other examples from the same year. Some years the devices are wider as it is part of that years design. 2001-2004 Cents is a great example of this. By checking other examples from the same year will help as they are made from the same master dies for that year.
