2023-S Peace Dollar Proof Die Chip?

Hey everyone!

I got my Peace dollar Proofs in at the ANA show, and I noticed that one of them had a weird bump under Liberty's hair bun. At least I think it is a bump, as when I viewed it from the side it seemed to be raised, not incuse.

I just wanted to get the community's thoughts on this, as you guys have more expertise than I do. Am I just seeing the thing wrong? Is it a dent?

I suppose it is possible to have a chip, maybe a die dent.
