Justgoing through some sets and found that my 2000 uncirculated set contains brilliant finish on all coins both sides except the toonie which has clearly frosted bears. Was this normal for the set? dont have another to compare it to. The obverse of the toonie is brilliant finish.

Normal for this particular set.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
