Not sure if this is a die chip on the numeral 2 or a drop of solder on it. The dark part on the left of the "chip" is just dirt imo.

Sure looks like solder to me. As it only detracts from this silver coin, I wonder if judicious use of a soldering iron would remove it without damaging the underlying coin.
