So I just realized I had this when looking through some of my quarters, and I am pretty sure it is a mint error. Here is a couple pics I just took. I haven't had a chance to search thoroughly for what error it is, but I compared it to another, which doesn't have it. Also when looking close I noticed the mark leads to the edge being chipped or something. To do this to a quarter without a ton of damage around it, makes me think it is an error, not damaged. However, I could be mistaken.

To CCF! I think it's damaged. The metal looks displaced.
