Seller's pics. I'm thinking older cleaning. Looks like evidence in left obverse field and right reverse field. I like the obverse die clash, though.

I'll say EF-45, agree old cleaning that leaves the coin looking sort of bland.

Yeah - I passed on this one. Coinfrog nailed it - it's just dull looking, like all the life was cleaned out of it.
