Does anyone know why the mint is offering 2 options for the Louis Braile uncirculated coin?

I decided to read....my patience normally doesn't allow. From reading it appears that the easy open case is specifically designed for individuals who want to feel the "tactile" features of the coin.

For collecting it appears BR2 and BR3 are the same coin.

Suppose lots of people do like to touch it then its possible for alot of them to be worth more as long as you can keep from touching it. if that makes sense....

84DoubleVision. I understand what you are saying. I don't know how popular this coin will be amongst individuals looking to touch it though. Most commorative buyers are strictly doing it for the collecting.
