Counterstamp. The real mystery is whether you can find out the particular meaning of the stamp. An E is not much to go on, unfortunately. Some of the more elaborate stamps can be traced to organizations or events.

Yes,just a guy with a counterpunch,maybe just for fun or marking coin for a reason such as 'house' coins in machines such as drinks/food/pinball/games etc.,has no value.

Haha Some people but who ever it was I give it to him . from the top of the E to the rim is exactly the same distance from bottom of the E to the rim . I wonder if it's possible to find out where is that E format comes from . just thinking out loud :) . it's just done to perfect and too good as far as positioning the E and the strike force applied is almost perfectly even inspecting it from all four corners . and that's not easy . Anyways thank you all much appreciated. I just had to hear it from someone else just incase . :)
