It could be an unlisted DDR if you can't find a match. As far as the missing dots on VDB, it could be Struck Through Grease or a die polishing issue. Not definite, just throwing out some possibilities.
Yeah, that's the link, and Mike did end up writing up that coin in CoinWorld magazine. But a lot of coins look like they are missing dots due to Die Deterioration, so it is tricky to really be sure you have a missing dot coin.
