1991 Penny With Extra 1 At The End - Coin Community Forum

Cereal_Killer New Member United States 35 Posts	Posted 08/15/2023 9:21 pm Has anyone else noticed some 1991 pennies have an extra 1 so it looks like "19911"? I found one when I first started collecting but since it wasnt in the Red Book and people online didnt know what it was I tossed it. Keep your eyes peeled for 1991 with extra 1 at the end. Not a doubled date, nothing was doubled, it just had an extra 1 at the end no other extra letters or numbers on coin Report this Post to the Staff

The extra 1 at the end wont be raised up like the rest, it will just look like a shadow of a 1 but its visible with the naked eye Report this Post to the Staff
